If you know you can’t meet up with client’s, say No. It is better to refuse an offer than to take the job and give excuses.
Giving excuses reduce people’s trust in you, so take the job you can deliver well at the right time.

2. BETTER OFFER
Getting an offer now doesn’t mean you can’t get another that is better. Do not take any job or offer that doesn’t fit into your goal.
If you don’t see your future in a job, don’t pick it.
3. INSUFFICIENT CAPITAL
Business leaders don’t take job with insufficient capital. The money you are charging on a project should be enough that you will be able to sort yourself out in times of emergency.
Don’t be shy to maintain your price standard. Name your price and stand by it, make sure it is enough for the business.
You can maintain a good relationship and still say “No” when any of these signs surface. You don’t need to struggle with a job that guarantees nothing, be confident to say “NO”.
