Zenith bank offers customers five different ways in which they can do their transactions without getting to the bank.
- the first one we would like to talk about is the Zenith Mobile app. After downloading the app and configure it, customers can perform all their transactions through the app, sending money or paying for bills is always easy with the mobile app.
- The second way is through the USSD code. By dialing *966#. By dialing the code on your mobile line in which register the account with and receive alert on, you are free to do all sort of transactions you want, just follow the instruction on the menu list.
- Your zenith bank card can be used for any transaction online from the comfort of your home.
- Another one is the zenith internet banking. This internet banking can only takes place on the bank’s website: www.zenithbank.com. on the website, go to the internet banking tab and log in.
Meanwhile from next week Monday, May 4, 2020, banks in Lagos, Ogun and Abuja, the most affected in this COVID-19 crisis, will resume full commercial banking.
